Mia Woods is the typical girl next door. She has a great taste in music, is a hard worker and absolutely loves her new rental apartment which is just a short commute to her customer service job.
When her ultra-hot neighbor Dr. Jonathan Carter shows up at her door, Mia is ready to date him. But he's not coming to ask her out. It's quite the opposite. He wants to kick her out, and he's not making a secret out of it.
The eviction notice delivered by certified mail is a shock. Mia is desperate to do anything to make her landlord change his mind, however putting her backside’s faith in his hands, is not at all what she expects. And even less, getting disciplined by two men.
